Cazena Recognized in Recent Gartner Reports
Two recent reports from analyst firm Gartner Inc. include profiles of Cazena, and a discussion of important trends in the big data, analytics and cloud markets.
Gartner’s Market Guide for Hadoop Distributions was published in December 2018, by authors Merv Adrian, Arun Chandrasekaran and Ankush Jain. The report encourages companies to evaluate cloud options first, if allowed by your employer, as that deployment model reduces time required for experiments and proof of concepts. Cazena is profiled on the list of representative vendors.
Gartner’s Market Guide for Database Platform as a Service was published in Dec 2018 by analysts Donald Feinberg, Rick Greenwald and Adam Ronthal. One of the guide’s key strategic planning assumptions is that by 2023, 75% of all databases will be on a cloud platform. This increases the pressure to understand and define an organization’s big data and cloud strategy. Cazena is profiled on the list of representative vendors.
